The coating machine applies polyester or epoxy base over the can outer surface to receive printing inks. Cans are fed over the mandrels, and the Ferguson system turns it to coating station, where coating is applied over the spinning cans with rotating rubber roller.
The fine layer adjustment mechanism makes sure uniform coating layer. The coated cans are unloaded on to the chain with the manipulator and the cans pass through drying oven, to the next stage.

A. It adopts SIEMENS PLC and Pro-face color touch screen to realize intelligent operations.
B. Main units like mandrel plate and cam are processed by CNC equipment, which ensures operation and rotation accuracy of the mandrel.
