Cans are pushed into sprayer cups plate by push rod. Ferguson indexer drives the turntable and makes the cups plate come to the lacquering station. There are 6 spray guns fixed on the roller and the guns move back and forward along with the roller and swing from left to right with the can chain to finish one working cycle. Once spray guns finish a cycle, the chain passes by two cups plate, which means each spray gun sprays once every other a can. Thus each can is sprayed 3 times. In addition, each spray gun can be controlled separately and set to run different programs according to client’s needs.
After the procedure, cans are sent to curing oven.

A. SIEMENS PLC ensures the precise control of each action. Ferguson indexer increases indexing accuracy. Text display is in both Chinese and English. Pressure of each spraying station can be precisely controlled by independent gas-pressure meter.
