Germ cans from charging conduit are inserted into core mandrel with star wheels, the expanding mandrels hold the cans firmly for subsequent operations. The edge cutter automatically cuts as per the required length, the scrap is collected and sent into the waste tank. The next station is for brush application ,where the can body is brushed to achieve a coarse or fine polish finish with abrasive wheel running at high speed .The trimmed and brushed cans are moved to next stage through conveyor.
A. Can diameter range: φ35mm-φ53mm or φ45mm-φ66mm
B. Can length range: ≤250mm
C. Production speed: ≤120cans/min
D. Main motor power: 4KW, total power: 12.85KW
E. Intake pressure: P=0.6MPa
F. Dimensions: 2940*2600*1820mm
G. Weight: about 2800KG
A. SIEMENS PLC is used and text display can show instant information like production speed at any time.
B. The machine adopts closed structure and is equipped with dust absorbing box. It can largely prevent aluminum powder generated from coming into the environment nearby and facilitate the cleaning of working environment. The waste collecting tank can gather the extra waste.
C. The use of mold dislocation and machine linkage principle realizes one-time excision that is smooth and without burrs. The procedure is of high efficiency and precision.
D. The no can no brush system ensure the empty mandrills are not polished.
E. The machine adopts expansion mandrel that is easy to replace.
