The vibratory bowl with this machine arranges aluminum slugs in order and sends them to the laying-off rail. The manipulator sends the slugs precisely into the die cavity. Under the action of the crank-shaft connecting rod, swing rod and sliding block, the slugs are extruded. The clearance between body of punch and die hole controls pipe wall thickness. Through the annular slot between the carbide ring and tip of punch, the slugs are pressed and extruded into germ tubes, unloaded automatically, and sent to the next procedure by conveying chain.
