Base coated and dried germ tubes move into the tube slot. Tubes are inserted with printing mandrel by push rod. The ink is transferred to printing plate through ink fountain, ink roller, middle roller, and oscillating roller. The printing plate transfers the pattern to the blanket cylinder with appropriate pressure and prints tubes with patterns. The manipulator takes tubes away from the mandrel and sends them to the transferring chain towards the drying oven.
The machine adopts PLC and the text display can show the instant information of speed and production. The machine has self-inspection system. If tubes are not well inserted, the machine would stop working. No tubes, no printing. Printing mandrel rotates automatically and can change frequency and speed. The printing units adopt Branch+ R plate structure which is easy for changing specifications. The ink volume of each printing unit can be set separately.
The machine is easy to operate and with high printing accuracy. It adopts Ferguson indexer. Main units like 8 mandrel disc and cam are processed by CNC equipment, which ensures accurate and reliable performance.
