The coating machine applies a base for receiving prints. Germ tubes drop into “V” slot and then are pushed over with printing mandrel by the movement of push rod. The mandrel with tube is rotated with the help of flat belts over the mandrel pulley, the turn table turns to the application stage, where the specified base is applied with the help of spinning rubber roller. Then the base-coating turntable takes the mandrel and tubes to the unloading manipulator. The manipulator takes tubes away from the mandrel and sends them to the transmitting chain and subsequently into the drying oven.
