Base coated and dried germ tubes move into the tube slot and are inserted with printing mandrel by push rod. The ink is transferred to printing plate through ink fountain, ink roller, middle roller, oscillating rollers and rubber roller. The printing plate then transmits the pattern to the blanket cylinder with appropriate pressure and prints tubes with desired patterns. The manipulator takes tubes away from the mandrel and sends them to the transfer chain towards the drying oven. Aluminum tube printing adopts 'circle presses circle' to realize polychrome printing.
