At present, the tube printing generally choose 4-Color Printing Machine. The machine is composed of four color printing plates, four color inking devices and rubber rollers. The printing device transfers the printed text to the rubber blanket, and then transfers the printed pictures to the surface of the aluminum tube. When printing, the tube is inserted into the mandrel of the rotary disk, and the tube can rotate on the mandrel. When rotating back to the turntable, the rubber blanket on the rubber roller contact with the surface of the tube to exert printing pressure, the picture and text on the printing plate can be finished by the transfer of the rubber blanket in sequence according to the order. After printing, the tube is drawn out of the mandrel and sent to the drying machine for drying. 

The center distance between the rotary disc and the rubber roller should be adjusted, and through adjusting the center distance or changing the thickness of the rubber blanket to obtain reasonable printing pressure. In addition, the mandrel should meet the accuracy requirements, and the coordination between the core shaft and the inner diameter of the tube is interchangeable.
