Automatic Colorful Toothpaste Filling and Sealing Machine needs cleaning and maintenance regularly.

Clean the surface, bottom plate and lower die slide, groove, upper die, inner pressure plate and locating rod regularly. It must to be sure that the machine should be turned off and in normal atmospheric temperature.

The lower mould slide plate, the pressure bar bearing, the eccentric wheel and the guide post, the guide rail and other transmission parts are regularly added with butter to ensure the service performance.

The cutter cleaning method: first, use cotton ball to plug the two drain holes of the lower mold, then pour the water into the groove of the lower mold, fill it up, then push it in.

The lower die slide is in place. Press the upper die to the lowest point, and let the tooth cutter soak for a few minutes until it is clean.
