Aluminum Cans Line for Extinguisher Comes into Operation

In May 2016, according to requirement from Zhejiang client, our company sign the contract of aluminum cans line for extinguisher. After two months’ pilot production, the line has met client’s requirement and gone into operation now.

This line is based on our XR series aluminum aerosol cans line. To meet the production of φ66*250mm aluminum pressure can, some machines are adjusted with secondary development. The pressure can is used as new container of extinguisher. Its maximum pressure is 1.5Mpa, which equals to15times atmospheric pressure. Due to the big size, the speed of line is 90tubes/min. In fact, its speed is about 85-90cans/min. The client is thinking about buying another new line.

In recent years, our life is becoming better. The market of extinguisher in family car or home is big. The traditional extinguisher is hard to take and store. The new extinguisher is small, effective, convenient and economical. At present, the main products areφ66mm and φ59mm cans. The machines our company made meet the requirement of market.

Except for extinguisher, the line can also be used to produce φ59mm beer cans or other beverage cans.
