Some Details About Drying Oven

The Drying Oven is designed for drying tubes after printing and base-coating specially. Base-coating tube needs more temperature for drying. The created smoke destroyed the high gloss on the tubes for printing and coating, so the other drying oven is used for printing tube, where need less temperature. The machine is composed of two drying ovens for printing and base coating. Only by two separate drying ovens, can get high gloss finish. These drying ovens are designed according to customers’ requirements on automatic combustion gas fired unit and electric heaters.

Drying oven is equipment used for Aluminum Collapsible Tube Production Line. It is driven by coating or printing machine, if it run from common drive or individually for decoration unit for automation and synchronization purpose. It equip with oven chain for stable and tightening chain movement.
