Mustard Sauce Filling and Sealing Production Line Passed Acceptance Inspection

In the midmonth of November, our mustard sauce filling and sealing production line has passed client’s acceptance inspection. The line is formed with GZ05 automatic filling and sealing machine, BZ02 automatic packing machine and RS03 automatic three-dimensional heat shrink film packing machine. The speed of the line is up to 120tubes/min. It can lay down tubes, filling and sealing them automatically. The production batch number or date can be pressed on the tubes’ end. The mustard is packed with paper box automatically. After lamination, products are wrapped with heat shrink film. The line adopt s touch screen and PLC. When it comes to fault, it will stop automatically. The color display screen will show fault message.

The box adopts the design of easy open. It is equipped with pull line. The unique design of code pressing can make the top of boxes can be pressed with the steel seal of batch number and date, which prevents the possibility of date tamper.

It is not the first time that our filling and sealing machine production line is used to food production. In 2013, our tomato sauce filling and sealing machine production line came into French factory and got popularity.
