Detailed Description of Trimming Machine

The Trimming Machine is compact in structure and sturdy in construction. All the main shafts run under reducing friction and heavy duty bearing conditions, which are selected for heavy load and high speed. Trimming machine is driven by intermediate reduction gear box, endless V belt and incorporated electronic motor. Eight station manifold indexer mechanism indexed the spindle turret head, and support the bearing mounted plug in arbor. The working stations arbor are rotated by nylon sand witched belt in the tube finishing operation. Conveyor can adjust the tube length and short. Trimming machine is feed and unfeed automatically by pusher mechanism.
