The whole process can be divided into four sections: releasing from stack one by one, opening, inserting and closing boxes. A suction cup absorbs single box from stack, moves down to the boxing line. The guide rail locating device fixes the box. Then the pushing board opens the box while two movable locating devices rise underneath, get the box’s sides close from front and back, make the box open at right angles and move into the filling area. After filling the product in to the box, the machine folds the sides of box with the help of side rails, for closing the cover. The push plate pushes the cover to bend, and insert it to make the product tightly packed
