Soft tubes are arranged on the large cassette for loading by automatic lifting device. The device rotates tubes from horizontal to vertical with open mouth upwards. Tubes are automatically inserted into the positioning tube socket. The socket and aluminum tubes will rotate together with the turntable. When they turn to the filling station, the tapered cylinder will inject the ointment into the fixed tubes automatically and preciously through the turning valve. After injection, the turntable continues to rotate. Tubes will be heated by heater and sent to gripper and scissor stations,where ends of tubes can be trimmed and sealed by manipulators. Finally, automatic tube-out system will push processed tubes out. All the tubes will be sent to the tube container outside.
The equipment can work alone or form a production line with automatic packing machines. By connecting with the packing machine through transmission shaft, the machine can realize synchronous production.
