Tubes are put neatly on the large cassette for loading by automatic lifting device. The device rotates tubes from horizontal to vertical position with open end upwards. Tubes are automatically inserted into the tube socket. The socket and aluminum tubes will rotate together with the turntable. When they turn to the filling station, the tapered cylinder will inject the ointment into the fixed tubes automatically and preciously through the turning valve. After injection, the turntable continues to rotate. The machine will then seal the tubes by folding and pressing. Each tube will be printed with batch number and put into the container outside.
